You can explore our platform without registering, but to access certain features, you will need to create an account with a unique username and a secure password. Provide accurate information and avoid using names that may be offensive or violate third-party rights.

At Crezee, we value respect and coexistence. To maintain a pleasant environment, please avoid the following:

  • Breaking the law: Do not engage in illegal activities or violate legal agreements.
  • Spreading false information: Do not post misleading or fraudulent content.
  • Promoting illegal products: Do not offer rewards that violate our policies or the law.
  • Harassing or intimidating: We do not tolerate threats, abuse, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
  • Sending unsolicited messages: Avoid using the platform for spam or unauthorized advertising.
  • Damaging systems: Do not introduce malicious software that may affect the site or other users.
  • Misusing personal information: If you access other users' data, ensure it is used solely to interact within Crezee.

Limited Liability
Crezee cannot guarantee a trouble-free experience and is not responsible for any losses or conflicts arising from your use of the platform. We also do not intervene in disputes between users. Any content you access is at your own risk, and you assume any consequences related to it.

Fees and Payments
Creating an account is free, but when using features that involve payments or fundraising, we apply fees. The partners responsible for processing payments have their own policies, and fees may vary based on your location. You are responsible for any additional taxes associated with your activities on Crezee.

Content Rights

  • Crezee's Content: Everything you find on our platform (designs, trademarks, texts, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws. You are allowed to use it within the established limits, but you cannot modify or reproduce it without permission.
  • Your Content: You own the content you post and are responsible for any royalties or payments related to your content. We do not take responsibility for errors or issues arising from what you share.

Copyright Management
We adhere to copyright regulations and take action on valid claims. If you believe something on Crezee infringes your rights, please notify us so we can take appropriate measures.

Return Policy
This policy applies to all credit card purchases made through our platform. By making a purchase, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of our return policy.

Purchases with Credit Card
For credit card purchases:

  • If the customer believes a return is necessary, they must submit a request to our Customer Service team within 1 business day following the transaction date.
  • The Customer Service team will analyze each case individually, considering factors such as the state of the product/service, compliance with usage conditions, and any exceptional circumstances.

Wallet Funds
Funds loaded into the platform wallet are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes funds from direct reloads or bonuses.

Approval Criteria for Returns
Returns will only be approved if the following conditions are met:

  • There was an error in the purchase process attributable to our platform.
  • The product or service was not delivered as agreed due to technical issues with the platform.
  • The request complies with the terms set out in this policy.

Refund Method
If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will only be processed to the user's Wallet.
  • The estimated time for the refund to reflect in the account will be 24 to 48 business hours.

Exclusions and Special Conditions
No returns will be made in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or improper use of the product/service.
  • Funds transferred or available as balance in the virtual wallet.

Final Agreement
By using Crezee, you agree to these rules as the foundation of our relationship. If any clause is deemed invalid, the others will remain applicable. We reserve the right to change our services or these conditions when necessary.
